This location on Jumeirah Beach is part of the defences against erosion- it is a sandbar and rock wall, which concidentally provides and excellent vantage of the Sheikh Zayed Road towers and Burj Khalifah. This image is a panorama comprised of 6 separate pictures.
The Burj Khalifa is surrounded by golden buildings in Downtown Dubai.
Shortly before sunrise I could use longer shutter speeds to capture this panorama of the Marina
One of my favourite shots from 2014, this panorama was taken from the Palm Jumeirah shortly after sunrise.
The Dubai Skyline at sunset taken from Dubai Creek, near the Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary
Ths view of the Dubai skyline is taken from an area behind a petrol sation in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. Current developments mean that this area will not be accessible again for a few years.

Sunrise under the bridge 2
This location in Business Bay is one of the most popular in Dubai. I captured this very still morning in March 2014. A slightly different crop and conversion to black-and-white changes the drama of the scene.
Two of the most Iconic sights in Dubai- the Address Hotel and the Fountain display.
I was returning to Dubai from a nighttime photo shoot and noticed how calm the water was in Business Bay. The actual sunrise was pretty flat and boring, but this panorama was massively improved by conversion to black-and-white.
I zoomed-in on the JW Marriott Hotel to capture some architectural detail.

The view from Palm Jumeirah, capturing the Dubai skyline
Taken about an hour before sunrise, Dubai Marina is silent.
After a day of poor visibility, the sky cleared enough in the afternoon to provide a beautiful sunset over Dubai. The view looks southbound, past the Dubai International Finance Centre and Burj Khalifa towards the Burj Al Arab and Dubai Marina.
This view of Sheikh Zayed road looks southbound towards Business Bay and the Burj Khalifa.

You can really see the iconic Dubai skyline in this panorama. It encompasses the new Dubai Design District on the left, Burj Khalifa and Sheikh Zayed Road in tthe centre, to DIFC, and Trade Centre on the right.
Here, I wanted to capture the beautiful reflection of the Dubai skyline and glowing clouds as the sun was setting.
This panorama of Dubai was taken just after sunset. As the sky darkens, you can see the lights of Dubai coming on.
This is one in a series of photographs that capture Dubai at sunset from the newly-developed Design District in Dubai. This part of Dubai Creek has been dammed and most of the water has evaporated over time, leaving the salt deposits.
